We are a direct manufacturer and high-tech enterprise headquartered in Jinan, Shandong, China. We own a modern 15,000 m² manufacturing facility with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Our team includes over 45 R&D engineers and field technicians, offering end-to-end services including process design, custom equipment manufacturing, system integration, and global technical support.
What industry standards do your water treatment systems comply with?
Our equipment is designed and engineered to meet international and industry-specific standards, including CE, ISO9001, and global Pharmacopoeia (GMP) standards for purified water. Depending on your project requirements, we also align system design with specific regional guidelines (e.g., US Electronics Pure Water Standards, Drinking Water Quality Standards).

Can you customize water treatment systems based on my raw water report?
Yes, absolutely. Water quality varies significantly by region and source. We provide 100% non-standard customization (OEM/ODM). Simply share your raw water test report (TDS, pH, turbidity, hardness, COD, heavy metals) and your target output water standards, and our engineering team will design a tailor-made process flow and equipment layout for you.
How do I choose between RO, Ultrafiltration (UF), DTRO/STRO, and EDI systems?
UF (Ultrafiltration): Best for removing suspended solids, bacteria, and colloids (pre-treatment or surface water purification).
RO (Reverse Osmosis): Ideal for general pure water production, removing 95%–98% of dissolved salts and heavy metals.
EDI (Electro-deionization) / Ultrapure: Used after double-stage RO to produce high-resistivity ultra-pure water ($10\text{–}18\,\text{M}\Omega\cdot\text{cm}$) for pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
DTRO / STRO: Designed specifically for high-salinity, high-COD, and difficult wastewater streams like landfill leachate and industrial ZLD projects.
What brand of membrane elements and components do you use?
We prioritize system stability and longevity. We use top-tier global and leading industry brands for critical components, such as DuPont (Filmtec), Hydranautics, Toray for membrane elements, and Grundfos / CNP for high-pressure pumps, paired with Siemens / Schneider PLC smart control systems. Client-specified brands are also welcome.
How do you ensure equipment quality before shipment?
Every system undergoes a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before leaving our facility. We perform pressure tests, electrical safety inspections, PLC automation program debugging, and wet testing to ensure leak-free, stable performance. We also provide full inspection videos and testing reports to overseas clients prior to delivery.
What is your standard production lead time?
Standard Commercial/Industrial RO & UF Units: 15 – 25 working days.
Large-scale Engineering & Customized Integrated Systems (DTRO/ZLD/Containerized): 30 – 45 working days, depending on system complexity and component customization.
How is the equipment packaged for international ocean freight?
All units are securely packed in export-standard, IPPC-certified fumigation-free wooden crates or skid-mounted frames. Sensitive components (PLC cabinets, membrane vessels, delicate instruments) are vacuum-wrapped with moisture-proof protection to withstand long-distance maritime transport.
Is field installation required, or are systems plug-and-play?
Most of our skid-mounted and containerized water treatment systems are pre-assembled, pre-wired, and fully tested in our factory. Upon arrival, you only need to connect the raw water inlet, product water outlet, drain line, and main power supply.
For large-scale EPC engineering projects, we provide remote online guidance or send professional installation engineers on-site for setup and commissioning.
What is your warranty policy and after-sales support?
Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of installation or 15 months from the shipping date (whichever comes first).
Technical Support: Lifetime technical support. We provide 24/7 online video troubleshooting, operating manuals, and quick-dispatch spare parts supply.
